All carrion – that is either animal carcasses or dead human bodies – must be removed from Svartrau IMMEDIATELY.

If a citizen doesn’t want to hand over a carcass, you shall incarcerate them. They shall then be whipped and put on public display to do their penance.

After reaching a city gate, guard the cargo until released by another squad. They will then head towards the mountain caves and leave the carcasses there.

If inquired about the reason for collecting carcasses, always claim to be preventing the spread of disease. Never mention the real reason. Not a word about the monsters that live in the mountain caves – and certainly not a word about us feeding them.
