We can learn a lot from the animal kingdom -– it teaches us about the world, and combat is no exception. Imitating wolves and how they attack their prey in a relentless series of bites, a true swordsman is able to get into a momentum of cuts and swings that will leave his opponent no chance to retaliate or even form a proper defensive stance. You must be able to chain your blade strikes in such a way that they will flourish into a flurry of blows, making an opening for the final, deadly strike.

Just like a wolf pack, you need to be ruthless in your advance, and bleed your enemy until they’ve had enough and make a fatal mistake of exposing their weakest spot to you. And then? That’s correct – you go straight for the jugular.
