Captain,

This letter is meant for the uriash stationed at your camp. Read it out loud to him and make sure he understands.

Soldier, I’m writing to inform you that your request for discharge from service has been denied. You need to continue your work until further notice. You are to train our troops best as you can. Should you fail to perform your duties to our satisfaction, the punishment shall be felt not just by you, but your whole village. Remember what your kind owes us.
