Captain Asen,

I saw your camp in my dreams, and the gaping abyss in the mountains nearby. I peered within, and saw greedy glowing eyes. The creatures who live therein, shrouded in the darkness, possess something that doesn’t belong to them, a piece of ancient treasure, one of many scattered over this hallowed vale. Find it, fetch it, and I shall show my gratitude.
