Eleven prisoners delivered, of which one died of internal wounds, incurred upon arrest, three died during transference and mind-binding.

The remaining seven were gutted and readied for baking. Of these, three cracked and their flesh was too damaged to proceed.

The final four were successfully animated and fitted with wings and scythes. Of these, one fell during its virgin flight and was broken beyond repair.

All in all, three guardians were produced (a slight increase in success rate compared to previous batches). They are fully obedient and ready for service.

Need to improve the kiln to limit losses during baking. Stable temperature key. Test different fuels and bellow sizes.
