Proceed to the Middens district – focus on the northeastern quarter, where rebel forces are likely to seek the remains of their fallen comrades.
Watch for scouts, couriers, or signs of coordinated movement. If you encounter anyone, detain all individuals for questioning. Use force if necessary – with one exception.
Should you encounter a man named Layos, allow him to believe he has slipped past you. That fool thinks he has infiltrated our ranks, but in truth, he serves as a useful pawn. Shadow him discreetly – with luck, he may lead us straight to the rebels’ hideout.
