Orders Pertaining Manumit Encampments

We have reason to suspect there are three encampments nearby harbouring the manumits. We can’t be certain yet, but it’s critical that you keep these areas under close watch.

First one: go up the river until you reach its fork. It’s a little south-east from there, near the Middens.

Second one: once you reach Tantari’s watermill, cross to the other side of the river. The camp is nested between the rocks.

Third one: you’ll find it in the south-western part of the Silts, they’re hiding near the swamps.
