Discipline in the Blood Guard continues to deteriorate. Several members have grown increasingly volatile and have begun showing open aggression toward other garrisoned soldiers.
Since the death of Boyaress Xanthe, we have been unable to address their \needs". Without a proper supply of sustenance, their behaviour is likely to worsen.
