Search for Manumit Caches

To all guards on duty,

We have reliable information that the manumits have secret caches of weapons and other gear hidden throughout the city. During your patrols, be vigilant and look for places marked by a sigil very similar to the one used by Skender and his family. If you find them, do not touch anything – instead, report it to your sergeants. We might be able to stake out those places and catch the rebels when they approach them.

Stay vigilant! Together we shall eradicate the rebel vermin from Svartrau!
