Suspicious Vrakhir in Svartrau

I spoke with Nish again after he’d finished his patrol. He mentioned a new suspicious vrakhir lurking around Svartrau (last seen around the north-eastern wall) – one not affiliated with Brencis. He wants to find out more, but the bloodsucker is being elusive. Or Nish doesn’t want to tell me everything he knows. I can’t quite tell.

It’s not easy to get the old goat to trust me, but I’m not giving up just yet. I’m pretty sure he and his people – I mean villagers, not guards – are not loyal to the knyaz. I stand by what I said: they could be powerful allies for us. We shouldn’t cross them out. We can’t really afford to.
