Perfect Block. 20.0% chance to also trigger after Directional Block and 10.0% chance after 
Omniblock. - Restore 25.0% of Health Segment after Perfect Block. 20.0% chance to also trigger after Directional Block and 15.0% chance after Omniblock.
- Restore 25.0% of Health Segment after Perfect Block. 20.0% chance to also trigger after Directional Block and 20.0% chance after Omniblock. Attack after Perfect Block heals you for 10.0% of dealt Damage.
- Restore 30.0% of Health Segment after Perfect Block. 30.0% chance to also trigger after Directional Block and 25.0% chance after Omniblock. Attack after Perfect Block heals you for 10.0% of dealt Damage.
25.0% chance for any Block to become Perfect Block.
