Compel Soul

Description

Allows you to speak with restless souls. Use together with objects associated with the dead to obtain additional information. This Ability doesn’t take up a common slot in the Active Abilities panel.

Effects

• -0.5% permanent Witchcraft Ability Cooldown for each soul compelled.
• -1.0% permanent Witchcraft Ability Cooldown for each soul compelled.
• -1.5% permanent Witchcraft Ability Cooldown for each soul compelled.
• -2.0% permanent Witchcraft Ability Cooldown for each soul compelled.
