Receive the mysterious letter from Anca
Anca receives a letter addressed to Coen at her hut after you complete the Echoes of Silenced Bells quest. The letter details the list of components he needs to gather to construct the armor set. Depending on how far you are into the game, you may already have some of these key items already, automatically crossing the requirement off your list. There are four items you need: Bundle of Silk Threads, Large Lizard's Moult, Relic of the Saints, and Flask of Quicksilver.

Unlock the Sanzhana Mechant
We’ll start with the Bundle of Silk Threads which can be easily obtained by completing the Pearly and Precious quest, unlocking the Sanzhana Merchant. This vendor sells the Bundle of Silk Threads, but be warned, it will set you back 6,500 Gold. It’s worth noting that the vendor refuses to buy any items from you, so make sure you’ve got all your money ready before going to make the big purchase.

Explore the empty cave
Next up, we have the Large Lizard's Moult. Unlike most caves, this one isn’t automatically revealed on the map which makes it difficult to track down without a guide. Fortunately, once you know the location, all you have to do is walk through the cave and loot the item you need.

Obtain a Relic of the Saints
The Relic of the Saints isn’t a specific item, giving you multiple ways to acquire this armour component. As mentioned earlier, unless you’re tackling this as one of your first priorities, there’s a good chance you may have stumbled on one of these items by completing the main quests. You need one of the following items: Saint’s Tibia, The Relic of St. Tyna, or The Relic of St. Dasius. The easiest one to acquire is Saint’s Tibia which you will find as part of the Echoes of Silenced Bells quest. If you missed that one, you can claim The Relic of St. Tyna during the same quest. Alternatively, you can purchase The Relic of St. Dasius from Vicho once you complete the Crimson Something quest.

Obtain the Flask of Quicksilver
We’ve saved the hardest item to acquire until last as you’ll need to be powerful to take on the enemies during the Home Sweet Home quest. When you finish the quest, the Flask of Quicksilver can be found at the top of Silts Tower.

Take the items back to the blacksmith
Once you’ve acquired all four items, it’s time to take them to the Uriash blacksmith. If you have several items that could be used as the Relic of the Saint, be sure to select Saint’s Tibia as it’s the least useful of the bunch. The ritual to forge the armour requires you to fight against wolves and a powerful bear before you’re rewarded with the set.
