Let Anca break the curse
During the Echoes of Silenced Bells quest, Anca discovers that Leonica was trying to break the curse that has engulfed the covenant. Anca wants to break the curse, but doing so may cause her to go insane. Allow Anca to use Leonica’s notes, cleansing the area and purging it of the undead nuns.

Give Anca the Font of Life
During your hunt for the Font of Life, you’ll need to explore the ruins and complete a trial before you’re deemed worthy enough of the prize. When Coen and Anca decide what to do with the Font of Life, you can let Anca take it, allowing her to live out a peaceful life where she feels free from her past sins.
