Hookshot to drag its metal core. It will try and run away. Run in the opposite direction to intercept it, then attack it. Repeat this multiple times until it gives up the ghost.

Same deal as before. Use the Hookshot to pull its metal core out. When it runs away, run in the opposite direction to intercept it. Using the 
Megaton Hammer can stun it.
