Koltin’s brother and fellow trader initially found at Pico Pond, Kilton will help direct you in the search for Koltin quest. After the initial The Hunt for Bubbul Gems side quest has been completed, he will move on to Tarry Town where he will help give you clues as to his brother’s whereabouts.
