You ran into Chabi, who likes to make new weapons using all sorts of different materials, at East Akkala Stable. She’s determined to make the strongest weapon in the world.
She believes a weapon made with a Lynel horn would earn the title. Apparently there’s a Lynel near the entrance to Tempest Gulch.
