Tigo is running low on dye. If he had some 
Dark Batmo hides, he could use them to make some dye himself. Defeat some Dark 
Batmos and take any hides you find to him.

Tigo was elated to see you return with the Dark Batmo hides. He seemed confident that the hides would produce the shade of blue he was after, and his clothes would end up looking perfect.
