Where to Find
Cloudspire Outskirts: Enter the outskirts from the snowy passage shrine and head left. Go around the corner and take the first path to the right. At the end is a tent with a ladder to the side of it. Take the ladder up and go around the right edge of the house to find a chest containing the benediction.
