An emerald etched with the ancient character ‘沓,’ symbolizing the endless surging of waves and the abyss. The torrential design reflects the unceasing flow of water, a stream that never runs dry—teachings passed down to the Avians by the Primordial Deity. Effect: Increases the rate at which you inflict Frostbite buildup on enemies.
Where to Find
Snowfall Palace: Go into the palace and enter the room to your immediate left. There is a Senior Snow Fortress Maid praying in front of the altar, and the Benediction is inside a small chest behind the altar.
