Echo of the Bo Sorcerer
Description
An ancient spell used by the 
Bo Sorcerer.
Created as a tribute to the legendary Avians of old, said to borrow upon the Avians’ power to control all things during their golden age, creating clouds and rain at a whim. While a mighty era indeed, for the Avians of today it is a mere memory to cherish.
Usage
Channel water vapor and condense it into sharp icicles that pierce enemies, dealing damage and causing Frostbite buildup.
