Description
A spell used by the Sovereign after he died and came back to life in the form of a demonic tiger.
The Sovereign rebelled amidst the chaos of the Ming court, but his noble goal of ending the turmoil was lost to the war. Now resurrected, the Sovereign is a mere hollow shell, with his once righteous fury transformed into unrelenting storms of lightning.
Usage
Leap forward and smash the ground, creating a thunderstorm that causes Lightning damage and Paralysis buildup.
