"Concrete Monstrosity"

I found an anonymous note from someone who spotted an entrance to the Interchange in the Protocol camp in Skethermoor. It suggests a good route is to “hug the west side of the concrete tower”.
Description
Got closer to the Protocol camp than ever before, today. Enough to actually set eyes on what that big concrete monstrosity leads to. Something called the “Interchange”. I’ll draw a map. There’s a route safe as any I’ve found to get to it: hug the west side of the concrete tower as you go round and you’ll see the way inside. Beats me how you’d get past that gun though.
