"Mining of the Artefact has been Halted"

General Notice. 9th October 1957. Pending the final results of the X-ray scatter analysis of Oberon, mining of the artefact has been halted. Preliminary analysis suggests a large cavity within the core of the artefact. Until further safety measures are in place, NO action that might compromise this cavity will be taken.
