Nora told me about a secret shipment, codenamed “Windfall”. Rumour has it that the shipment was so valuable, B.A.R.D. tried to smuggle it out of the zone when the quarantine was being enacted, but they failed. She wasn’t sure that the shipment exists, since no one has found it since. But the scientists who tried to smuggle it would’ve been stopped at the road blockade before leaving Skethermoor.
