Transform a creature into a harmless sheep. If the sheep’s Hit Points drop to 0, then the target reverts back to its original form with its original Hit Points.

• Polymorph lasts for 5 Turns and can be saved via Wisdom saves.

• Learned at Level 7 for the Bard, Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard and Trickery Domain Clerics.
