All DEF Up Book Locations in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse

Located on the upper platform. Use Arcane Whip on the anchoring points to the east to reach the platform.

Located on the ledge by the locked door. You’ll need to come from the east to reach it.

Located behind the breakable wall.

Found in the Mirror Rooms of the Main Hall. To access this side, you need to use the series of doors to work your way around from the east side. Start with the door in Waterworks to begin the process.

To reach this DEF Up upgrade in the Great Organ Room of Notre-Dame, you must first play the first melody on the Great Organ to remove a blocker.

From there, wait for the laser to your left to go off and drop down and use Aerial Dash to the left before quickly using Arcane Whip on the anchor.

Leap from this anchor after more lasers to your left are down and use the whip one more time to reach the upgrade.

You’ll need to interact with the Clock in the room north and west of here to slow down time. Once you’ve done that, quickly make your way back, drop into the room avoiding the blades and go clockwise until you can slide under the west gap at the bottom. Jump up to obtain your prize.

Located in a hidden room in the central west of Daedalus Crossing in the Clock Tower. You’ll find it at the top past the breakable wall.

On a platform above the mirror in the hidden area southwest of the Ferryman’s Wharf.

Found inside the small hidden room next to the spinning blades in the Corridor of Deja Vu.

Complete the nearby Platforming Challenge in the Servants’ Quarters of the Main Hall.
