The Brute

Description

The Brute somewhat resembles form of giant Serpent Man creature, animated like many of the human and Giant-King remains in the area. This boss attacks similarly to those in the Volcano region, with lunging attacks and arcs. Defeating the boss will award one Fragment of Power, alongside either a Epic Armor Repair Kit or Epic Weapon Repair Kit, alongside two to three other random resource items.

The Brute is one of the world bosses found in the Unnamed City, usually patrolling around the northwest area of the inner city’s dunes.

Combat Tips

The Brute is a creature with a fair amount of health, and rather low armor for a end game world boss. Players shouldnt have too much issue fighting this NPC, especially if they use Sunder applying weapons. Moreso, since the model is large, you can easily get your back attacks on the boss as long as you have a tanky fighter thrall or a tanky pet, like the White Rhino or Greater Elephant helping you out.

As for it skills:

Lunge and swipe
Fast jab (uses either its left or right hand to do this)

Since the boss’s move set is rather low, you can easily predict a good shield is useful against this boss. If you plan on face tanking it,a shield will make a great addition. It’s also another reason why a thrall with a high grade shield will work wonders against this boss.
