Aloe Extract is a consumable item in Conan Exiles that provides health regeneration. It is crafted using Aloe Leaves and serves as a healing potion for players. When consumed, Aloe Extract replenishes a portion of the player’s health over a short period.

How To Obtain Item

To craft Aloe Extract, players must first harvest Aloe Leaves from Aloe plants found throughout the Exiled Lands. Aloe plants can be found in various biomes, but they are most commonly found in desert and oasis areas. To harvest Aloe Leaves, approach an Aloe plant and interact with it using the default interaction key (E on PC).

• Keep a supply of Aloe Extract in your inventory to quickly regenerate health when needed.
• Aloe Extract is more effective for healing than consuming raw Aloe Leaves.
