You can start the questline after completing The Hedron Link, with the side story popping up at The Watchtower. You can also skip this step and go speak to the NPCs at the FBC base to also start it.

Ask Around About Underhill
If you got the quest from Zoe, then speak to the ranger by the edge of the roof to learn more. Alternatively, she can also start the quest too.

Level 6 Keycard
You should find the level 6 keycard on the rooftop of research during this side quest. You will also find new notes for this quest, alongside other notes if you have not yet been here.

Underhill's Apartment Key
Head to the Oldest House, and open the furthest door from the Fast Travel with the level 6 access requirement. You'll find more notes and a key to Underhill's Apartment in The Park

Underhill's Sewer Lab
Head to the Mold Factory fast travel Point, if you have it, otherwise go to the FBC Base. From here, find the APartmetn in the northeast side of The Park and enter. You'll find her apartment inside, with a few more notes, and Underhill by her kitchen. She'll clue you in, and give you a task to help her.

Underhill's Lab
Find the lab via the Sewer Entrance near the parking lot. Enter, and turn left to find the lab you can now open with the key. Inside you'll find come vials and some notes. Pickup the vials as they are needed for the quest.

New Growth
Now you need to find the three MOld enemies. Follow the modl colony, and watch it move. his one should follow towards the Testing Facility, where you'll fight a Specimen. Kill it for the item. Another specimen should also lead out towards the Mold Factory too, taking you to a rooftop.

The Mold at the rooftop near the Mold Factory should now split into two. One should turn left into the small parking space behind the buildings, where this enemy is.

The third split should lead right, and north towards the small alleyway leading to a loading bay area. This is where this specimen is.

Untapped Brass Dusters
Now return to Underhill with the samples. You'll get a choice to complete the quest. It's likely flavour. But, we chose to give her the samples, and it gave us the achievement and the untapped artifact reward.
