Downtown Testing Facility
You can complete these puzzles in any order, but for the sake of simplicity, we've put them in chronological order. To get inside the Downtown Testing Facility, you first need to enter via the Sewer Entrance which can be found inside the construction site. When you're inside the Testing Facility, pick up the appliances dotted around the area and move them into the boxes. Depending on which appliance you picked up and the area you move it into, you may need to bring the appliances to different boxes before it successfully transforms into a soda dispenser. Completing this puzzle unlocks a secret room, unveiling a Power Upgrade Point.

West Incursion Zone Testing Facility
The West Incursion Zone Sewer has some enemies lurking around, so you'll need to clear them out before you can get to work solving the puzzle. Once you've dealt with them, the puzzle is just like the last one, simply move the appliances (soda dispensers) into the boxes. The secret room contains a Power Upgrade Point and a collectible.

Central Testing Facility
Be warned, the entrance to the Central Sewer is surrounded by enemies. Once you're inside, this Power Core puzzle requires you to balance the electricity being received by the Power Cores. There are four Power Cores in the area, but only two of them have access to power. You must move the electricity to the Power Cores that continously blink red. When the lights on the Power Cores turn green, the secret door will open up to reveal a Power Upgrade Point and a collectible.

The Park Testing Facility
Another Sewer Entrance with enemies surrounding it, prepare for a fight before attempting to solve this puzzle. Like the last puzzle, this one is similar, expect this time there are five Power Cores to balance. The reward inside the secret room is a collectible and an Outfit (Emergency Hood).

Evacuation Zone Testing Facility
Head through the Evacuation Zone Sewer and complete the appliance puzzle, earning two collectibles and a Power Upgrade Point.

The Unknown Testing Facility
The final Testing Facility is a Power Core puzzle, forcing you to cycle the electricity between five cores. Your reward for this is an Outfit item (Firebreaker Goggles) and some collectibles. That's not all, however, as you now have access to the final terminal which will open up once you've shut down all six facilities.
