You need to have Shift unlocked and progressed the MSQ in Central to find this. Make sure to Shift up the road the central south part of Central and start the The Complete Set questline from the apartment block before trying to get this.

The Dragon and The Knight
You could arguably get this early on, but the Park tends to have higher level base enemies. Hence why we suggest getting to this later on. When you have around level 3-4 power level.

Space Adventure
Requires progressing the main storyline and having completed the Recursions and Iterations main story quest. This unlocks the Underpass area, and lets you explore at will. This Sketchbook is accessed via the Research Sites areas of the map, which often shift and change a lot during the MSQ, hence to return to it later. You should freely be able to go from Research's Fast Travel point, and Reach heading in a north west direction outside of side quests to find this area.

Art Exhibition
Requires progressing through the main storyline, Hedron Links. You will unlock the Unknown, and then need to chip away to progress through the level. Once it become more open to explore, you can then look for this.
