How to Acquire

• Available from Chapter 3.
• Talk to the Soldier 3rd Class Lv. 1 in the Briefing Room of Shinra HQ to began the 7-1: Recall Missions.
• Complete each subsequent mission up to and including Mission 7-1-6: Second Deputy Assignment.
• Return to the Soldier 3rd Class after completing M7-1-6 and he will give you the Premium Tire as a reward.
