How to Acquire

• Available during Chapter 2.
• First talk to the Shinra Security Captain on LOVELESS Avenue to begin the Mission 1-2-1: Challenge From Security.
• Complete each subsequent mission until Mission 1-2-6: Last Challenge.
• Complete M1-2-6 and return to the Security Captain to receive the Craftsman Monthly manual.
