A worn-out tire that still has some life in it.

How to Acquire

• Available during the main story of Chapter 7.
• In Sector 5 Slums, follow the boy around and collect the other parts.
• Follow the kid to LOVELESS Avenue where you will visit the guy and his truck. Talk him into handing over the worn wheels off his truck to receive the Worn Tires.
