You will only be able to enter this Side Dungeon during the Only the Cure Side Quest.

Detailed Location

• Just outside the western exit of the Alcarnus Stronghold, in the Amber Sands Region. You must progress the Unsafe Travels Side Quest chain until you begin The Only Cure.
