You will only be able to enter this Side Dungeon during the Izel of the Vizjerei Side Quest in Kehjistan.

• In the Amber Sands region of Kehjistan, head to the Altar of Ruin Waypoint after clearing the Stronghold and head southwest to find the entrance.
