This dungeon is unlocked once the Hope’s Light Stronghold quest has been completed.

The dungeon consists mostly of Drowned and Elite variants of them.

Objectives:

• Slay the Plague Ship Rower
• Travel to the Compromised Oilstores
• Destroy the Drowned Bell 0/3
