Skeletal Construct
Description
The 
Skeletal Construct is an enemy structure built by 
Skeletons and found in the Raze The Effigies event. You have three of them to destroy, and while you are fighting off the enemies the Construct will be firing magic damage in all directions. It has to be hit repeatedly to destroy it.
