Hidden Overlook is a Waypoint found in the Jakha Basin region of the Dry Steppes. You will come here during the Main Quest to meet up with Lorath.

One of two PvP towns in Sanctuary. This place gives you all the basic services you’d expect at a normal town, but it also has unique PvP vendors where you purchase cosmetics and items at the cost of Red Dust, the PvP currency.

The Ruins of Qara-Yisu is a Stronghold found in the center of the Accursed Wastes region of the Dry Steppes. You will find the usual services along with two Side Quests and two dungeons.
