I've played through this section 3 or 4 times, and I can never get enough Halla Statuettes to get to Varric after dancing with Florianne. I'm just wondering if I somehow missed anything

Edit: I went and got the Halla statue from the Exterior of the Winter Palace at the beginning and saved it instead of using it, now I don't have enough to open the north door with the tied up Chevalier. Is it that there isn't enough statuettes during the level?
