- Can be dropped by Deathbird in South Limgrave (Only Nightfall).

- This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War and buffed with Magic and Consumables
- Sacrificial Axe can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
- Restores 4 FP per enemy killed while equipped this weapon.
