Set Pieces of the Raya Lucarian Foot Soldier Set can be looted from the Raya Lucaria Foot Soldiers found patrolling the roads in Liurnia of the Lakes.
The Foot Soldier Gauntlets and Foot Soldier Greaves can be obtained from any Foot Soldier.
