Location
It is dropped by the Great Horned Tragoth, located at Ruin-Strewn Precipice after defeating the Magma Wyrm Maker, in southwestern Altus Plateau. Great Horned Tragoth is one of the assassination targets for Patches, and you’ll only be able to invade him from the boss room after defeating the Wyrm.
