The Cleanrot Helm (Altered) is a Helm that is part of the Cleanrot Set Armor Set. It was a helm worn by Malenia’s vowed knights. It is a variant of the Cleanrot Helm without the red shawl.

Winged helm of the Cleanrot Knights, celebrated for their undefeated campaign in the Shattering. The Cleanrot Knights vowed to fight alongside Malenia, despite the inevitable, if gradual, putrefaction of their flesh. Their acceptance of their fate made these battles the fiercest of all.
Location
- The Cleanrot Helm (Altered) Helm can be obtained by completing Boc’s Questline, you (or Boc) can then modify thee Cleanrot Helm into Cleanrot Helm (Altered) provided you have one in your inventory first.
