Location

• The Commoner’s Headband (Altered) Helm can be found as a drop from the Commoner enemies found in Stormveil Castle, Leyndell, Royal Capital, and other areas of the map.
• The non-altered Commoner’s Headband is looted from a specific corpse and neither piece can be altered by the player.
