Crimson Tear Scarab

Description

The Crimson Tear Scarab is a Helm in that isn’t part of any sets. It is a Golden scarab worn directly on the head.

The Crimson Tear Scarab slightly increases the recovery effects of the Flask of Crimson Tears, but increases damage taken.

Location

• The Crimson Tear Scarab Helm can be found on a rocky ledge at Volcano Manor, Altus Plateau.
• To reach the Crimson Tear Scarab, begin from the Temple of Eiglay site of grace.
• Option 1: If you have activated the wooden elevator in the tower to the north, you can take it to the top. If you then exit the room on the right. head past the Snake-Man that is wielding a burning sword, then look over the railing on the right to find a ledge below with a corpse.
• Option 2: First. take the stone elevator south of the grace. Then walk out to the balcony and jump down to a rocky ledge to the east. Follow the path along the Burning Slugs up to the top. Head northwest to the nearest tower where an Iron Virgin appears. Then jump into the open window on the tower. Then exit the room through a door to the right. Then just before the Man-Serpent wielding a burning sword, look over the railing to the left to see a ledge with a corpse.
