After hunting down both Old Knight Istvan and Rileigh the Idle for Tanith, talk to Recusant Bernahl and he’ll ask you to help him hunt down two more Tarnished - Vargram the Raging Wolf and Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm. You can invade them by interacting with the red summoning sign in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

Location

Vagram the Raging Wolf can be found and invaded by interacting with a red summoning sign in the Fortifed Manor, along the southwestern end of Leyndell, Royal Capital. You can find this location by heading southwest from the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace.
