Rotten Duelist

Description

These are essentially weaker versions of the Putrid Grave Warden Duelist, but they dual-wield instead of using one large axe. You can farm these from the nearby Site of Grace for a chance to obtain the Rotten Battle Hammer and pieces of the Rotten Duelist Set.
