Can be given to a learned cleric to gain access to the following incantations:

- Black Flame Blade
Location
- Godskin Prayerbook can be found inside Stormveil Castle. From the Rampart Tower Site of Grace, travel out of the door to the outside. From here take a running jump onto the roof across from the door.
